Interviewing CRM Consultants
A CRM consultant is someone who specialises in using certain software to run various business functions, allowing the business to concentrate on other aspects of running their business effectively. This is probably most commonly found in companies who have large, established CRM departments. Most also work within an agreed upon contract, so there is a great deal of security and stability with using an independent consultant.
